Michael Williams
Michael is the managing director of W&M Design Management. He has a National Higher Diploma in architecture (SA), is a member of the “Council for Educational Facility Planners International” (CEFPI), and is a registered building practitioner with 25 years experience in developing major projects. Taking projects from innception to built form. He personally oversees every project.
Over many years, working directly with Clients, Architects, Project & Program Managers, Engineers, Services Consultants, Governing Authorities, and Builders, his hands-on approach to all projects, has developed Michaels excellent communication skills.
Understanding the difficulties and problems each discipline faces, as well as his commitment to problem solving, has given Michael his vast experience in the building and architecture fields.
With this vast experience he brings to his clients a professional skill that ensures all projects are developed within budget and to program.

Merle Williams
Merle is a director and secretary of W&M Design Management. She has 20 years experience in secretarial, bookkeeping, general office duties and marketing. Merle is currently preparing the company to achieve Quality Assurance accreditation.
She provides the company with invaluable knowledge and assistance in these fields, which ensures all areas of business, and our mission is kept on track.
And with her natural flair for interior decorating, Merle assists in coordinating all areas within the company.
